Our aim is for you to purchase your jewellery on our website with complete peace of mind. That's why we extended our returns policy 60 days from date of delivery. Should you want to return your purchase we will offer a full refund or an exchange, just follow the simple steps below to return your unused purchase.
STEP ONE: EMAIL US
The first thing you need to do is to inform us that you are returning an item. This can be done at firstname.lastname@example.org let us know why you are returning the item and we shall send you a returns form and number to include when you return your purchase.
STEP TWO: PACKAGE ITEM(S)
Ensure that you have packaged the items securely. Include any certificates, valuations, boxes etc that may have come with your purchase.
STEP THREE: SEND IT
The final step is to send it to us. This can be done by hand or by insured delivery. We must stress that you are responsible for the package until it is signed over to us. We would advise using Royal Mail special delivery when sending returns back to us. Use the address below for returns:
