It shouldn't ever happen - but if despite all of our stringent checks any of your diamonds loosen or fall out, we will repair it.
Your ring will come with a retail valuation for insurance. This shows the value of your ring at a high-street retailer. This is the certificate you need for insurance purposes.
Our supply chain is part of the Kimberly process which traces the diamond from mine to retailer. All of our diamond purchases are subject to a strict vetting process that ensures that our diamonds are only ever obtained from conflict-free zones.
