QUESTIONS ABOUT DIAMONDS

Can I specify that I would like the diamond to be graded; for example by a specific lab like GIA?

Yes you can. At Avita we use top diamond laboratories but if you would like a certificate for example with IGI or GIA you may. If you have a preference then please let us know prior to placing your order.

What is a diamond certificate?

A diamond certificate includes precise details about your diamond, including its size and details of the type of inclusions. Why is this important? The difference between diamond grades is very fine. Diamonds which are accompanied by a diamond certificate have been graded by a number of diamond graders that have reached a majority decision.

What level of fluorescence do your diamonds have?

Avita only work with diamonds that have none to faint fluorescence. This level fluorescence does not affect the brilliance of your diamond.

Do you sell conflict diamonds?

We check our supply chain at regular intervals to insure our diamonds are Conflict Free. We insist that all our diamond suppliers have signed up to the Kimberly Process. Read more in our diamond guide section.

 I want a perfect 'Triple Excellent cut' diamond. Can you offer this specification?

Yes we can. Please contact us sales@avitajewellery.co.uk and we can work through options and prices.

I can't see the exact carat, clarity or colour of diamond I want. Do you have more options?

QUESTIONS ABOUT DESIGN

I can’t see the design I want, can you make a design of my own choice?

I have an old ring/jewellery. Can you re-use it to make me something?

Of course we can. This is a great way of breathing new life into an old piece or revamping an inherited item of family jewellery.

How do I pay?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bank transfer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer then email us at sales@avitajewellery.co.uk

How secure is it to send my Credit Card over the net?

We have partnered with Shopify to process credit card payments. Shopify are one of the largest online processing companies in the UK and have an excellent record for online security. All payments are directed through our secure server. If you are still nervous then feel free to call us to process your payment.

How do I know if you have received my order?

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If after 24 hours you have still not received this then please get in touch at customerservice@avitajewellery.co.uk. You will also get another email when your order has been dispatched.

Will my purchase be guaranteed?

What delivery services do you offer?

Can I send my order to an alternate address?

Yes we can. When placing your order you will be asked if you want the order delivered to another address. Please enter alternative address here.

Do you deliver internationally?

At present we only deliver within the UK 

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS AND CANCELLING AN ORDER

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched then please contact us and we will cancel your order.

How do I return an unwanted item?

Send a email to refund@avitajewellery.co.uk stating your order reference number. You will then be send via email a returns document that will need to be filled in and enclosed  within the packaging.

Return your item within 30 days in a unworn condition to obtain a full refund. Send your order back to us at the address below using an insured postage service. Ensure no reference is made to the words Jewellery or Diamond on the packaging.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RING RESIZING

Can I return my ring for re-sizing?

Of course you can. This forms part your 5 year guarantee. Please send your ring to us by insured delivery and we will have the ring resized for you.

Do you engrave rings?

Yes we do. Once you have placed your order then email us within 24 hours and we will have your item engraved. 

REPAIRS AND VALUATIONS

Do you carry out jewellery repairs?

Yes. Our fantastic workshop will carry out repairs to your precious jewellery.

Do you carry out jewellery valuations?

Yes. We have qualified professional independent valuers that will provide a detailed valuation report.
