So, for added peace of mind…We send all items of jewellery using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. It means your purchase is fully insured against loss, damage or theft. We dispatch from Monday to Saturday and any item we send out will be delivered by 1pm the next working day.
Our delivery is free of charge and it is discreetly packaged with no reference to diamonds or jewellery. Alternatively, you might want to collect your purchases from our office. If that is the case then let us know in advance by email or phone.
For individual delivery timings please check the product page for the item itself as different items take varying times to make and many of our items are handcrafted to order.
If you have a specific date by which you need your purchase then please specify in the Special Instructions box when you place your order. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com with the order number in the subject box and we will respond within 24 hours.
We want to make your delivery as safe and secure as possible. When your item is delivered you will be asked to sign a “Proof of Delivery”. It is important that the delivery address you provide is secure and that someone is available at the address to sign on your behalf.
If there is any delay to your order we will of course contact you immediately by email or telephone. We will never normally leave a message on a landline phone without your permission in case we accidentally let the cat out of the bag!
