Our Returns Policy
We offer a 60-day return or exchange window on all standard purchases, with no awkward questions and no hidden fees.
- Standard engagement rings in their original condition
- Wedding bands in their original condition
- Jewellery items with no alterations
- Items returned within 60 days of delivery

- Bespoke or custom-designed rings
- Engraved or personalised items
- Rings that have been resized or altered

We understand that buying a ring is a significant decision, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Our 60-day returns window gives you plenty of time to ensure your ring is exactly right.
All returns are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we will contact you to arrange the replacement.
To begin a return or exchange, simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We will guide you through the process and arrange a secure, tracked return label at no cost to you.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us
Get in touch via WhatsApp, email, or phone to let us know you would like to return or exchange your item. We will confirm your eligibility and send you a returns reference number.
Send Your Ring
Package your ring securely in its original box and send it to us using a tracked, insured service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for items over £500.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your ring, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days, or contact you to arrange your exchange. It is that simple.
