Every Avita ring is delivered in our signature luxury packaging, fully insured and tracked from our workshop to your door.
Delivery Options
All orders are dispatched from our London workshop. Delivery times are from the date your order is ready, not the date of purchase.

Your ring comes with a full retail valuation certificate, diamond grading report (where applicable), and your guarantee documentation.

Important Delivery Information
Before Your Order Is Dispatched
- Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If a delivery attempt is missed, Royal Mail will hold the parcel at your local sorting office for 18 days.
- For international orders, please check your country's import duty thresholds. Avita is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance.
- All bespoke and custom orders have a production lead time of 4–6 weeks before dispatch. We will keep you updated throughout the making process.
- If you have a specific date you need your ring by (such as a proposal or wedding), please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
